Biographie de Pengzi Zhang-Renaud
Éducation
Pengzi Zhang-Renaud, born in Shanghai, China, studied architecture there and in 2021 in Paris, France, with a specialisation in wood constructions.
Expérience musicale
GuZheng & Ruan, traditional Chinese instruments, practiced since mid 1980's both at the Guiyang Conservatory and as a self-taught musician. Former member of littler Flower Arts Groupe of GuiYang City.
Expérience professionnelle
Head of Chinese projects at Paul Andreu Architecture Agency, she founds PLUS in 2013, a French-registered architecture agency specialised in construction projects between China and France. PLUS is renowned for its consultancy and project management work, notably in the projects of the Embassy of China in France.
In October 2023 she founds the FCETA, a best practice sharing platform between China and France on technical and artistic architectural techniques.

In 2010, Pengzi Zhang-Renaud starts collaborating with Kahle Acoustics on the Shandong Grand Theater project as an architect. A decade later she becomes our interface for projects in China, be it the Tongzhou Performing Arts Centre (open in September 2023) or the Shenzhen Opera House (2026, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Paris).
